http://www.google.com/help/pbremoval.html - Permanently remove your name, phone number and address from the Google search.   If you want to keep your information private and out of public eyes this is a good start.

Do a regular Google search for your name and phone number and see if you are listed in the results.  You will be surprised, Google has a huge database full of names, addresses and phone numbers.

http://www.todayisthatday.com - Another great positive resource for motivation and inspiration!

"When I first started the Today is that Day website, the primary mission was simply to bring a lot of those resources together into one place, add in my own bit of knowledge, and then just let the website roll as a resource to anyone who came across it.

Over the course of time, however, this site has become much more than that! The more I started taking steps to educate people about taking control of their lives, the more I realized that there is so much confusion out there about what to do, as well as what not to do.  Aaron M. Potts"

We drink tap water, enjoying the convenience and cost-effectiveness of this practice, yet, we fail to recognize the serious threat this water may pose to our health. Those who are willing to forgo the convenience of tap water and indulge in bottled water often know very little about the contents of that water..." Read the rest at: http://www.allaboutwater.org/
